Location - how to find us

Physio Theory is located on the ground floor inside the NextGen Office at 4300 North Fraser Way in Burnaby, near the building’s main entrance.

When you arrive, please wait in the reception area, and your therapist will greet you at the time of your appointment.

If your appointment is scheduled after 5:00 pm, on a weekend, or on a holiday, when NextGen is closed, please use the side door entrance near the recycling and EV parking (see image below for reference). The door is locked, so your therapist will meet you there prior to your session.

Free parking is available in stalls numbered 101–105. There are multiple 101–105 stalls—you may use any of them, there is more parking around the building.
